VENDING INFORMATION


Greetings Vendor,

Community Aid & Development (CAD) and the Atlanta Chapter of the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement (MXGM) proudly announce the Annual Malcolm X Festival at the West End Park in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a two day event -  from Saturday, at 12 noon, to Sunday eveing, at 8 pm.

We invite you to come out and contribute, as well as enjoy the spirited festival atmosphere, as our partners. This will give you an opportunity to showcase your unique merchandise - art, crafts, jewelry, clothing, music, cuisine, etc. - to a very receptive audience.

The booth spaces are  10 ft X 10 ft and location selection is allocated on a first-come-first-service basis, only for those vendors who have per-registered... prior to the first day of the event.  We do not provide tables, chairs, tents, fans nor elecitricy. Please make sure you can vend. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

No vehicles are allowed on the park grounds to avoid damaging the grass, per the City of Atlanta ordanances. 

All food booths must have one 2-A type Fire Extinguisher and if "deep frying", a Class K Fire Extinguisher is required.

Set-up begins on Saturday, the first day, as early as 8:00 am.

The final breakdown and departure is Sunday, at 8:00 pm. 

  • Non-food (nothing edible or drinkable) Early Bird booth fee is $300.00.  The cost increases by $50 one week before the first day of the festival (includes off street parking for one vehicle).

  • Beverage Early Bird booth fee is $400.00. The cost increases by $50 one week before the first day of the festival (includes off street parking for one vehicle).
  • Food booth Early Bird booth fee is $500.00.  The cost increases by $50 one week before the first day of the festival (includes off street parking for one vehicle and all required city & county permits).  No other food license is required, however - all food vendors must set-up in keeping with Fulton County Health Department requirements.  All grease must be properly disposed of or you will be immediately ejected from the event.  
  No sales of alcohol, straight or mixed, is permitted.

  Payment is for the two-day event.  

 We do not offer a day-by-day payment option or a one-day option.

 Your payment reciept is your confirmation.

  THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. No refunds.


We urge you to carefully read the vending guidelines, and food vendor checklist before making a payment. All participants are subject to comply with the City of Atlanta and Fulton County requirements.
